Hi Team,

I am getting below error while trying to import the settings from device (TPS65982 - EVM)

Exception Encountered during Import From Device:Unable to open Aardvark device on port 0

Error code = -7

Details :

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "dialogWindow.pyc", line 7664, in import_config

File "hw_interface.pyc", line 160, in hw_open

Exception

Please help me to solve this issue asap.

Hi,

Please check whether Aardvaark adapter has enumerated. Are you able to do I2C sweep successfully?

Hi Prajith,

Aardvaark is getting enumerated in device manager as "Total Phase Aardvark Host Adapter" under USB controller.

While trying to sweep it's showing as "I2C Address Sweep failed read for all addresses in range 0x0..0x7F".

Hi Prajith,

I think its due to I2C connection issue(cables where not properly connected or synced). Coz after connecting it again it started working with port 0x38.

Also , is it possible to import the settings using the SPI header.?

And since I am new to this. Can you just tell me the difference between Shared and global device settings tab.
