Hi,

DP83867 has POR function as below;

Which power rail(VDDIO/VDDA2P5/VDD1P0or1) is trigger of POR?

    Hi Kuramochi,

    POR is not triggered by a single power rail. All supplies must be turned off to reset the device. Alternatively, you may perform a hardware reset by holding the reset pin low, or a software reset by setting bit[15] of Register 0 to 1.
