Does DS250DF230 specify printed wiring board (PCB) materials?

Can I use a general glass epoxy board (FR-4, etc.)?

low loss type material? (for example, Megtron 6, etc)

Hi Otani,

At this data rate, low loss material such as Megtron 6 is preferred. Please use IBIS-AMI model of DS250DF230 with your pcb material for signal integrity study.
