CCS/DP83640: DP83640 Driver Support

I need help about DP83640，

1. IS DP83640 used by standard Ethernet without PTP function ,such as DP83620?

2. where can find  the driver program for the DP83640 (windows or linux)?

3.How do I change the program if don't use PTP function?

4.whether I need library files to add FPGA(ps+pl), where can find the library files?
