Hi Michiaki,

As this is not a usual this has not been tested, but you may want to place the magnetics closer to the RJ-45. This will provide protection closer to the RJ-45.

As mentioned, the recommendation is to place the magnetics close to the RJ-45. You may refer to this app note for layout requirements. http://www.ti.com/lit/an/snla079d/snla079d.pdf.
