Part Number: TUSB4041I

We are designed circuit as per the EVK and datasheet guidelines but down stream part not detecting and upstream part connected to processor it is not communicating

can you please provide solution for this,

1. Is it EEPROM is necessary to control the operation because we are not using EEPROM the I2C lines directly connected to processor.

2. there no need to program in TUSB404I module.

    Hello,

    The EEPROM is not needed for the TUSB4041, and no programming of the device  is needed.

    Please confirm: power levels, ground pad connected, crystal at 24 MHz, SMBUSz high, no blank EEPROM installed, and USB_VBUS at around 500 mV.
