USB PD Controller with integrated flash or an integrated non volatile memory

Dear Team,

We are designing a project where the supply is battery driven. Hence to charge the battery we would like to go with USB Power Delivery(PD) for fast charging and high power management. We found TPS65987D as one of the PD controller which could serve our need. But we would like to know is there an option or an alternative IC with integrated flash or a non volatile memory in it? So that it would reduce some of the components like flash and FTDI. Also I would like to inform we are using a Lithium 3s 18650 batteries as input. Cell balancing IC: BQ4050RSMR. Battery charger IC: BQ25703ARSNT. Awaiting for the response. Thanks in advance.
