Hi Team,

My customer needs to multiplex DP83TC811R-Q1 output signal with another high speed interface.

For this reason they need to understand that DP83TC811R-Q1 output signal electrical characteristics.

Can you provide info about:

Is DP83TC811R-Q1 output signal differential? (my understanding is that, yes, it is differential. just please confirm).
What is output common mode voltage (VCM) range?
What is output voltage swing?

Hi Piotr,

By output do you mean on the MDI side of the PHY? If so, then yes, it is bidirectional differential signaling.
The differential voltage can be found in the MDI Characteristics section of the Electrical Characteristics cable. The max Vod is 2.2V.

Can you provide the common mode voltage (offset voltage) of the output signals?

My understanding that the proposed mux will sit in between ac coupling caps and the Ethernet PHY. The mux will see the CMV of the PHY.
