SLVS-EC(4.752Gbps) to LVDS bridge solutions?

Hi team,

Customer is looking for SERDES solution like below cases.

1. Any SERDES whose inputs can support SLVS-EC(4.752Gbps)?

2. If there are no solution for SLVS-EC, they will use FPGA to bridge SLVS-EC to parallel signal. In this case, they are looking for any SERDES solution that can support 5Gbps. Are there any solutions?

    We currently do not have any solutions to support SLVS-EC. 

    For parallel interface how many bits? Also when you say 5Gbps, what is the pixel clock rate?

    Customer assumes that they will modify FPGA based on the Serializer.

    And they watch DS90UB953-Q1 as example but this can support up to 4.16-Gbps. So they are looking for higher data rate serializer.

    Are there any good devices?

    I'm trying to make sure I understand completely the requirements because 4.16Gbps is the FPD-Link rate for 953. Actual CSI-2 video throughput is 3.328Gbps. For your video I'm trying to understand what is the PCLK rate to see if it could be supported by any of our devices because I am not familiar with SLVS-EC - the protocol may also have overhead and we must look at the true video rate.
