My customer would like to know why on our PPHV pin suggest to put 47uF on the sink path?

Hi Oliver,

The capacitor is used for decoupling purposes and also can help with RCP. The capacitor is recommended and will help protect the FETs in the TPS65988 and the system side from load transients.
