DP83867E: max/min current (SNLA241 p7)

Hello Experts,

Would you provide the information of min/max current in SNLA241/p7? Customer wants to know that. (VDDIO=1.8V, VDDA2P5=2.5V, VDDA1P0=1.1V.) I appreciate  you will consider to provide it if you can estimate it or you have measurement data, so on.

    Hi Fujiwara-san,

    The Min and Max numbers are not guaranteed datasheet parameters. For estimates of min power consumption, you can use the Deep Power Down number form the datasheet. The max current consumption for DP83867E will be in SGMII mode and max temperature (105C) and 100% channel utilization. 

    VDDIO (1.8V): 34mA

    VDDA2P5 (2.5V): 136mA

    VDDA1P0(1.1V): 197mA

    Please note that these numbers are derived from a limited samples test in lab environment. These are not extensive characterization results.
