yes, it can. you can select the assigned channel (reg. 0x4c) and set the correct working mode (RX Mode – Port Configuration FPD3_MODE Register 0x6D[1:0] bits) for each channel.

we have different cameras,1 megapixel, this use DS90UB933 with DVP signals; 2 megapixel, use DS90UB953 with MIPI signals, does DS90UB962 can synchronize these different cameras?

not, pls check the d/s, to enable the sync. mode, it needs the two cameras have same sync. signals. but you can use the RR mode in this case.

not, it can't as these two signals have no synchronous vs/hs.
