I have a system using TCA6416AZQSR, its a very small PCB so size is really matters
I see in the web that TCA6416AZQSR is EOL (End Of Life), is there any replacement?

Hello Elhanan,

The most straightforward replacement would be the QFN version of the same device, which is unfortunately slightly larger at 4 mm x 4 mm. Do you think this would be an option for you?

QFN Version is to large for me.

can you tell me if your device was compatible to NXPs PCA6416AEVJ?

Yes, these devices should be compatible with one another. They have the same pinout and functionality.
