ESD protection device for LVDS line

Hi,

Customers are looking for ESD protection devices for 3.12Gbps LVDS lines.
Could you tell me which device you recommend?

Also, If possible, a device that has the potential to meet the IEC61000-4-4 is preferred.

    Thank you for reaching out to the E2E forum!

    For LVDS i can suggest three components that you can take a look into. ESD204 and TPD4E02B04 are both 4 channel bi-directional devices that can handle your data speeds with <-1dB of loss. This last component, TPD1E1B04, is a single channel bi-directional device that also has <-1dB of loss. All of these devices can handle 80A per EC 61000-4-4EFT Protection.
