HD3SS3411: Off-capacitance And Switching-time Parameters

Part Number: HD3SS3411

The HD3SS3411 datasheet dated November, 2015 indicates the typical on-capacitance; what is the typical off-capacitance?

The datasheet also indicates the swicthing time to be 0.5ns, which is orders of magnitude faster than other high-speed (or non-high-speed) multiplexers.  Does the datasheet have a typo here, and if not what enables the IC to achieve such a phenomenally-fast switching time?  Conversely, why are all other multiplexers so slow (relatively) in switching?
