In below procedure, link is still established internally even though fiber cable is disconnect. When link partner doesn't exist, link should be broken but still link established. DP83822IF works internally like this?
[Procedure]
1) DP83822IF connects to link partner(DP83822IF) by fiber cable. Link is established.
2) LED_1(signal detect) signal is forced 1 (signal detect condition)
3) Fiber cable is removed
Link status is probing LED_0 (as used Link status indicator) and internal register information. Both link established when cable removal.
