DS15BR400: Using the DS15BR400 as buffer for FPGA

Part Number: DS15BR400

Question 1.  I want to use DS15BR400 to drive a cable.  Do I need another DS15BR400 on the other side of the cable to buffer the LVDS diff pairs before going to the FPGA?  Is it wrong if I do use another buffer to buffer LVDS signals. Another word, can this be use as buffers within a PCB and not drive a cable or backplane?

Question 2.  When I layout the pcb, I understand the differential impedance of the diff pair is 100 ohm.  What should be the single line impedance of each of the diff pair?
