sorry we don't have this spec. in hand, as this part is one very old part, I'l check it internally but I concern we don't have it readily.

Below are the results of our thermal simulation on the DS90CR216.

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value):	58.0
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value):	16.8
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value):	25.8
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value):	0.8
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value):	25.5
