TPS65987DDJ: Capacitor added on drain pad

Hi,

Due to some super speed signal trace is very close to the via on drain pad of TPS65987DJ, is it allowed to add some cap to GND on drain pad to prevent some noise for the super speed signal?

After speaking with the systems and design team, recommend to not place this capacitor.
