TUSB1210: Limiting speed

Hello team,

My customer has questions about TUSB1210. Could you please answer below?

They would like to use the device upto USB1.1 operation. Specifically, they would like to avoid Chirp signal.

Looking at its datasheet p22, there is a register that we can select the speed.

questions are

Can the device fix mode by just setting the register?
If question1 is yes, is there any description about access format to OTG?
If question1 is no, is there any other way to limit the speed less than or equal to FS(USB1.1)?

The XcvrSelect register defaults to FS. If the USB controller doesn’t change it or TermSelect, the 1210 will continue to operate at FS.

So it depends on your controller

Actually, the configuration file in this part is a bin file created externally,that the contents can not be confirmed.
If this register is set to Default, this deviceit operate in only FS or LS mode(USB1.1)?

yes, default setting is FS/LS if not changing it by controller.

How can I set the TUSB1210 to switch to FS mode when communication cannot be established in HS mode?

If USB can not operate in HS mode, I think that it will shift to FS mode, but I confirmed with TUSB1210 and some HS mode operation devices, but if it can not operate in HS, I will not execute Charp in FS mode.
Is this the specification of TUSB1210?

if the device can’t operate at HS, the controller should not direct the ‘1210 to signal chirp.
