I think the title is self explanatory.

Data sheet shows pins 1, 14, 15, 27, 28 as NO CONNECT, but the EVM schematic shows them all connected to VDD

Hi Traian,

Please use the evaluation board user guide link below. The test chip silicon connections were slightly different than the final device.
