DP83849ID: LED MODE SELECT AND FIX IT

Hi

I am developing media convert using DP83849ID

About LED mode ,

 I wonder after changing from LED mode0 to mode1 ,  how to keep the change state 

I use "MSP-EXP430F5529LP"   to change the Address value

I checked phy ID address by "USB-2-MDIO" program

I written Registor address  

and I have checked that LED mode  changed from mode0 to mode1 and address value

but after  device power reboot

LED is operating LED mode 0 again

how can I  keep the change state?
