Hi Team,

My customer is looking for the SPICE model of TCAN1043-Q1. Do we have this one? Also if the share TCAN1043H-Q1 SPICE model this also helps.

Hello Renan,

We did not develop a SPICE model for the TCAN1043 device, but if your interest is in simulating the CAN interface then the TCAN1042 SPICE model could be used:

That device uses the same transceiver design as TCAN1043, it is just missing the low-power sleep mode support and fault indication.

IBIS models are available for both part numbers as well.
