THVD1450: VCC range for electrical/switching specifications

Part Number: THVD1450

Hi Team,

I have a simple question about the datasheet(SLLSEY3E) specification of THVD145x series.

At the beginning of the electrical / switching characteristics tables in the data sheet (sections 7.7 and 7.8), there is a comment stating "All typical values are at 25 ° C and supply voltage of VCC = 5 V". But the specifications specified in sections 7.7 and 7.8 apply to the entire recommended operating power range (3v to 5.5v), I understand.

Is the understanding correct?

Regards,

H.Someno

  • Someno-san,

Your understanding is correct.  Unless specified otherwise the values in the "TYP" column correspond to data collected at VCC = 5 V, but data in the "MIN" and "MAX" columns covers the entire recommended range (3 V minimum, 5.5 V maximum).
