TS3DV20812: reference schematic for 100M Ethernet PHY mux

Hi team,

My customer is using TS3DV20812 as a Ethernet PHY mux. I think functionally the simplest schematics as below can work, but does it need any termination or protection circuit for better operation? I didn't find reference design online, so I come to e2e.
