Hi Kazusa-san,

Unfortunately it doesn't look like we have a SPICE model for this or any similar RS-232 device. Much of the simulation done for newer parts is done using IBIS models. There is one such model available for MAX3232E, another RS-232 device, which may be useful trying to simulate the behavior of SN75189N.
