I am considering to use DS90UB936 combined with DS90UB913 over STP cable.

Is it possible to use Margin Analysis Program for this combination?

Yes, MAP runs on the deserializer side and 936 is supported.

MAP can be used for not only TI's EVM but also customized board as far as I2C is connected?

If that is the case, ALP software with USB2ANY connected to I2C is sufficient to run MAP?
