I understand the situation.

Does anybody have Tapex Creek Ti88 NVM's image?
Because I can start the application Customization tool with that NVM's image file.
We build our board refer to Tapex Creek Ti88 board.

Hi Kenji,

For the Titan Ridge NVM you will have to get that through Intel. In the configuration tool when you start a new project select Tapex Creek and choose the default option. When you save the binary based on your configuration it can be used with Imaginarium to merge the Intel NVM and TPS65988 binary. You can then program this to the board.
