TDP142: 4K@120Hz panel cannot display...

Dear Sirs,

As my customer testing, they found the panel with 4K@120Hz cannot display.(ASUS panel)

With same TDP142 hardware, the Dell panel with 8K@60Hz can display well.

Please help to give me some advice if TDP142 cannot support 120Hz or if this is others issue!

Hi,

TDP142 supports DP1.4 8.1G, so it should support 4k@120Hz.

Do the source support generation of 4k@120Hz video resolution? If you connect the panel to the source with a short cable without the TDP142, are you seeing the 4K@120Hz video?

Checked with customer, if use short cable without TDP142, the display is OK.

May I have question that if TDP142 has compatibility issue or not?
