My customer would like to know a setting of minimum link up time.

Q1: what is the minimum link up time?

    Hello Katsu,

    There is no IEEE specification for minimum link-up time for Industrial Ethernet devices. Some actions that can be taken to minimize link up time are disabling Auto-MDIX and Auto-Negotiation if your system requirements allow. These settings can be configured through bootstraps or register access.
