HD3SS215: problem while routing PCB following datasheet

Hello everybody

I am designing a HDMI switch Board, using HD3SS215 IC

but I faced a problem while routing the PCB, following the datasheet, the pins of IC must be directly connected to HDMI connector without Vias to avoid noise

but I found that I will need a lot of vias in my design and I don't know the reason, I followed the schematic shown in the datasheet

I tried many other ICs and Connector but the same

so anyone can help me ?

please kindly check the attached photos, I will find screenshots from datasheet and from my design
