Hi - I've seen a few posts on this and I seem to have the same issue (which is probably why our apprentice gave up trying to use this board a couple of years ago) !
I've scoped out the TCLK and INTH pins and got no signal at all from them.
You've provided firmware to resolve this issue - would appreciate it if you could sort me out an updated firmware.
