Hi.

We are developing products with ds90uh947-q1.

Looking at the datasheet, "A more detailed description can be found in" Handling System Temperature Ramps on the DS90Ux949, DS90Ux929 and DS90Ux947 "." There is content. Is this a reference to the documentation? If it is a document, where can I get it from?

    Hi Choi,

    There's no reference to a document.  You can follow the Allowable ending ambient temperature range in datasheet and power up sequence in section 9.1.

    Alternatively you can reach our to your local TI FAE and get the 947 device errata for more detail.
