Hi,

my customer is using this device for board to board communication. The distance is just around 10cm.

There are only 2 TCAN1051H in the system.

Generally not. The termination resistance helps to drive the dominant to recessive state transition on the bus. In some cases communication can work at very slow speeds without it, but in most cases communication will fail.
