Our customer has plan that last buy for USBN9604. However, they using the suffix-M item for current product.

Question;
Are suffix-M and suffix-SLB the same die?

Reason for questing;
Customer does not want to change the program.

looks same die, but will end of life soon. no recommended for design

That is not for new design, last buy is for current product.
