USB Type C connection for JTAG pins

We are using CC2642R for our embedded system. We use USB Type C connector for charging and planned to use it for JTAG programming as well. Is there any reference design for connecting USB Type C to JTAG pins? Below is our connections. I just wanted to verify to avoid mistakes.

I have to check some internally. As far as I know we have not looked at this option.

What is the main reason to do it this way? I'm not familiar with the USB-C but which voltage levels are possible to use on the DUT in this case?

we are doing this way because we don't want to have a separate connector for JTAG. we are trying to use USB-C for charging and also programming at the same time.

We have never looked into using USB-C this way and hence are not able to comment if this is possible.
