We used sn65hvd1781qdrq1 part in our product, We received customer that we need to validate the maximum distance supported by the product, Is any possible to validate maximum distance of our product in lab without actual cable of (mean 1.2km, 1.2km cable is very bulk),

What's the data rate in your application? What kind of cable do you plan to use? One way is running simulation with IBIS model and cable model. Or you can do some estimation based on some lab data.

There are some app notes on the data rate vs. length.
