TCA9800: TCA9800 B side pull up resistor

Hi team,

As you know the TCA9800 B side doesn't need to add the pull up resistors. But my customer has some boards already send to their end customer use the pull up resistor 10kohm, We need your quick support to double check the risks. (The customer just uses the device as the buffer not level shift.) The current is about 3.3/100=330uA, not sure about the risks. Thanks.

    Hi Frank,

    We generally recommend that total pull-up current not exceed the IEXT-I limit value of 200 uA for this device.  I will share some info with you offline, though, to help in determining the level of risk in this particular case.
