2、SDA、SCL Extenal pullup =4.7k

3、MCU as the master ，send device ID =0X58，no ack response。

Can you confirm the 948 device is properly powered up and the PDB pin is high?

YES, PDB=H,BITSC=L,BITSEN=L

I would like to review your schematic. Could you please provide me the schematic? Also, could you please measure the voltage at IDx pin and PDB pin?

my schematic is same wiht the snlu165.pdf about the part of the ds90ub948-q1，and the PDB=3.3 ,IDX=0V
