Part Number: DP83825I
The DP83825I has a large thermal pad in the centre of the package. The datasheet doesn't appear to mention if this pad is electrically isolated or not. Can it be tied to GND, to take advantage of the PCB GND plane thermals? (I also did read SLUA271) Thanks.
