Hi,
VDPU0~3 power will be supplied in MB S5 mode.
VDPUM and VCC is in MB S0 mode.
That means there’s a situation of VDPU0~3 is exist but VDPUM and VCC is no power.
Will it be current leakage from SDX and SCX to VDD/SDA/SCL/INT?

I am the expert that Max was referring to in his post. I decided to pop on to catch up on some work while out of the office.
If I understand your question, you are asking if the 9544 would backbias (current flow from secondary channel into either Vcc or Vpum) through internal circuitry like ESD diodes from the secondary channels.
If so, then I took a look at the internal design for this device and saw that this wouldn't occur unless you were using the device outside of its absolute maximum ratings such as applying ~7V or more to the secondary channels.
Additionally I would suggest that you move from our PCA9544 to our TCA9544 as it offers wider Vcc support, better PoR circuitry, and uses a newer process technology.
