Does ~PWDN 0/1/2/3 pin requires pull up/down resistors when driving by a logic output driver?

    Hi,

    The pins accept a LVCMOS input signal directly, for normal operation no resistors would be needed.  Depending on the application and system it may be useful to have a pull-down resistor connected to the PWDN pins.  This will ensure that the DS25BR440 will not output signals even if the logic device loses power.
