SN65HVD33: What do you mean "bus voltage offset"?

Part Number: SN65HVD33

Hi,

What do you mean "bus voltage offset" on the datasheet of SN65HVD33?  Also could you please let us know where is Vo voltage?

Please advise us.

Thanks and best regards,
M.HATTORI.

  • Hello Hattori-san,

This means that some voltage is present on the A or B line while the driver is disabled.  The presence of a bias voltage here affects the time required for the driver to enable (i.e., transition from a high-Z to a low-Z driven output).  You can understand more about this effect by referencing Figure 15 in the datasheet.
