    Hello,

    Are you asking at a high level how the PoC network works?  If so, the purpose of the network is to behave like a low pass filter, allowing the higher voltage DC to pass without disturbing the high frequency data.  The AC coupling capacitors Cac1 and Cac2 block the DC voltage from reaching the pins of the deserializer/serializer and while letting the high frequency data to pass.
