We are planning to use the TPL9201 as a relay driver. If we are not using the 5V regulator or sync features, can we leave SYN, ZVS,5VOUT,RST,RDELAY and EN1 disconnected?

    The unused input and output can be left disconnected.

    The outputs take care of themselves including the capacitor output.  The inputs have bias resistors built in so they also take care of themselves.
