DS90UB954-Q1: DS90UB954 damaged

There is a PCBA, DS90UB954 and DS90UB953 can communicate , but SOC does not communicate with DS90UB954, the system doesn't work .

When I replaced the DS90UB954 on this board with a new DS90UB954, the error disappeared. I replaced the DS90UB954 on a good board,The good board doesn't work .

What causes this problem,ESD or others , we have four boards with this problem,How should I do

for the "Not good" UB954, have you read the reg. inside? what error or warning are reported?

it is on 954's diagnoistic registers, pls check d/s and care for:

1. reg. 0x4c -- select the correct channel

2. reg. 0x4d/4e -- read twice since some bits have latched funciton

3. erg. 0x55/56

4. reg. 0x73/74/75/76
