Is there a reference design that matches this application - 

I have a rack with 10 channels of hardware . I need a rack controller that will control these 10 modules via a backplane in the rack . I need 10x DAC outputs , 20x ADC channels , 10 Digital inputs , 2 x Digital outputs . Also i need a communication interface ( Ethernet or RS485) to communicate with a PC running the application software .
