Customer is using our DP83869HM, can you help double check attached schematics? Especially but not limit to below items. Many thanks!
The 1st is Fiber mode, the 2nd is copper mode, both are RGMII MAC interface, 100M or 1000M speed. Power capacitors are placed in other schematic page, no need to worry it.
1.They want to configure DP83869HM by Registers rather than use external strap resistors, but PHY address can only be configured by hardware strap in Rx_D0 and Rx_D1, so they only keep pull up and pull down resistors in RX_D0 and RX_D1 pin, removed all other hardware strap resistors. see attached schematic. Is it correct?
2.For XI pin, since VDDIO is 3.3V, do they need to connect capacitor divider to XI pin?
3.Is the pull up resistor value in MDIO(pin 41 2.49kR pull up) and RESET_N(Pin 43, 10kR pull up) too large?
4.For fiber mode, is it necessary to connect SD(pin 24) to SD/LOS pin pf SFP tranceiver?
