I think there is no resistace in the output circuit. Is there any information about output impedance?

Hiroshi-san,

You're correct, there is no resistor in the output. However the driver can be characterized by the voltage drop vs. the load current increase, which is equivalent to some resistance. You can refer to Figure 2 (page 8) in section 6.8 on the datasheet of THVD1500 as a similar curve.
