May I know TCA9406 B-side input has same feature of offset as PCA9517 in below diagram?

    Hi Anne,

    No, TCA9406 does not implement a voltage offset on either side.  This is more common among "buffer" devices that re-drive the I2C signals.  Instead, TCA9406 uses a switch-based approach that merely passes low levels through rather than re-drive them.
